Are Child Restraints Available?
Public passenger vehicles, such as taxi, limousine and ride-share services, aren’t required to supply child restraints to their customers. However, given enough notice, you may pre-book one of these services with a child restraint. Alternatively, you can supply and use your own child restraint. When ordering please let us know if you require a front or rear facing seat or just a booster seat
What If The Flight Is Delayed?
Don’t worry, drivers track all flights and amend the arrival time to suit your flight if delayed. You may however have to wait to fit in with the drivers schedule should your delay interfere with other pickups. We will however endeavour to pick you up as close to your new landing time as possible.
What If I Made An Error In The Booking?
Please be advised that it is customers responsibility to verify the booking confirmation details are accurate and correct. If you find any error in the booking details, please contact Luxury Transport Group immediately.
What is the difference between your service and getting a Taxi?
Coastal Comfort provides a luxury service with experienced drivers and well-appointed vehicles, so you know you’ll arrive in safety, comfort and style with a level of professionalism you would expect from a premier chauffeur service. You don’t need to worry about surge in pricing because we lock in your rate at the time of booking.
What If I Am Delayed With Customs Or Baggage Collection?
You must contact us as soon as possible to inform us about the delay and we will wait for up to one hour from the time your flight has landed. After which waiting time applies. As long as you contact us your driver will not leave. If you fail to contact us and no communication has made you will forfeit your full fare. Due to conditions outside our control you will need to seek recourse from the party responsible for the delay. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such incidents.
Payment Terms
All bookings must be prepaid. On confirmation we will email you an electronic invoice which can be paid securely online by credit card or EFT. If paying by EFT, please ensure you email your payment receipt to info@coastalcomfortluxurytransfers.com.au We accept all credit cards with a flat 2.2% surcharge. Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the pickup time. If the booking is amended or cancelled inside 24 hours there is no refund and/or credit. If cancelled more than 24 hours before the pickup time, the amount paid will go into credit with no expiry.
